Sangey Dorjee is a practicing Chartered Accountant, brings with him wide experience of a decade in the field of Accounting, External and Internal Audit, Direct and Indirect Taxation. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and Nepal (ICAN) holding bachelor’s degree in Accounts and finance from IGNOU, New Delhi.

He was associated with CGS & Co., Bangalore, an Indian mid-sized Audit firm for 3 years dealing with various clients from IT, Service, Manufacturing and Trading sector. He has previously worked as Audit Officer in Joshi & Bhandary, Chartered Accountants, Nepal where he has lead audit assignments of “A” Class Banking and financial institutions, INGOs and others. He also has corporate exposure working as an Internal Auditor at ‘Laxmi Bank Ltd.’ and had played a major role in performing risk-based audit throughout various branches and departments of the bank.

Currently, he is working as an Account Officer in BAFTA Nepal Pvt Ltd. Prior to that, he was associated with G.A. Sivakumar & Co, Chartered Accountants, Bangalore as an Article Assistant for 3 years having exposure in Statutory Audit of diverse industries, Income Tax Assessments of Corporate Firms and Individual Assesses. Besides this, he also has experience in managing Hotels and its financials. And, he often frees time for travels and football.

Ms. Smita Poudel having Master’s degree in Commerce from IGNOU, New Delhi is currently working as an Finance Head in BAFTA Nepal Pvt Ltd. She was associated with Vaneet Makkar & Co, Delhi as an article assistant for 3 years having exposure in accounting and auditing of various clients from service, trading sector and income tax assessments. She worked as an account assistant in Manufacturing company in Delhi.

She worked as audit senior in L.S.P & Associates with exposure in internal audits of development banks and insurance companies. She was also engaged in Arogin Health Care & Research Center as Accounts Head.
